Yosuke Takekuma used to visit Naganuma every week because he was attracted to the beauty of Naganuma and Maoi, so he moved to Maoi. He opened the accommodation villa; MAOIQ because he hoped people would “want to live in the Maoi area”. He wanted people to understand the nature and scenery of Maoi, the shops and the people, the experience unique to Maoi and lots more besides. He will ensure that your stay is comfortable and unforgettable and that you have an incredible time.

Maoi & Q & SHIROI are the resident cats of MAOIQ. They wait for guests at the reception area in MAOIQ everyday. They also like taking naps, watching the world outside, doing whatever they like and just being cats in general. Although the cats are quiet and gentle, please let us know if you don’t like cats or have any allergies, before you check in.
