Kitchen

You can cook using seasonal food grown in Maoi, Naganuma by a system kitchen with built-in oven. Cookware and basic seasoning is available in the kitchen.

Tableware

Tableware by HASAMI PORCELAIN, cutlery by Cutipol, wine glasses by RIEDEL and more. This excellent tableware will improve the presentation of any meal you choose to prepare.

Morning setOPTION

If you make a reservation Breakfast sets, you will be able to enjoy a delicious breakfast unique to Naganuma.

Bread from the POTORI BAKERY, Sausages from the HAIJI ranch, Eggs from the Murata farm, and 100% apple juice, etc.
The breakfast menu may be changed depending on the season and day of the week.

Coffee

You can enjoy original MAOIQ blend coffee from the OKANOUE COFFEE house that specializes self-roasted coffee.

The price is included in the accommodation fee.

High quality skin care items and several kinds of bath salts are available, to provide you with a relaxing and peaceful bath time.

MAOIQ is a vacation villa where you can rent the whole house. Maximum 4 guests.

Please tell us if you’d like to check out before 8:00 AM. In the case of eary check out, please inform us the day before.

Notice

We ask that you are considerate to other and don’t make too much noise at night.
Don’t wander onto adjoining property.
Don’t smoke inside the villa. Please smoke only in the designated smoking area ( The outdoor deck ).
Don’t make fires. Don’t light loud fireworks.
No pets allowed. Please enquire a pet hotel near MAOIQ.

Payment

You can pay accommodation fee by credit card.

Cancellation
policy

Please contact us as soon as possible, if you would like to cancel your reservation. Upon cancellation of reservation, the customer will be charged according to our cancellation policy. Canceling your reservation after the day before your check in time will result in a 100% charge of the accommodation fee. Between 7 days and 1 day prior to your arrival will result in a 50% charge of the accommodation fee. Canceling your reservation up to 1 week prior to your arrival will result in no charge. If you select the payment by cash when you reserve, cancellation fee can be paid by bank transfer.
We also charge a fee far any reductions in the reservation.
There is no cancellation fee if you are unable to check in due to flight cancellation, however we need to be informed prior to your scheduled check in time. In the event that no advanced contact is made, a cancellation fee will be applied.

Visitors to MAOIQ Visitors who are not guests at our accommodation are not allowed into the villas. This is to maintain the relaxing atmosphere at MAOIQ. Visiting the accommodation before the check in time is also not allowed. If you would like to enquire about the facilities beforehand, please use the contact form or telephone us directly.

Room facility

You will never be short of something to do at MAOIQ. The villa has enough facilities to provide you with a comfortable and relaxing evening. The price is included in the accommodation fee, so please feel free to use.
